How We Communicate

When working with a client, communication is Cavendo's priority. We want to ensure our clients are "in the loop" with what we're doing. Additionally, our goal is to discover the uniqueness of your organization and apply it to your new web site. To accomplish this, we have developed and successfully implemented a client communication process.

Step One: Learning Your Needs

Before any proposals are signed, a representative will talk with you about your organization and give you a chance to explain what your ideal web site would be. From there, we either create a proposal for your review and recommend completing a Scope of Work. The Scope of Work is a plan for your web site including proposed navigation and functionality. Cavendo can complete a Scope of Work for a one-time fee of $500.

Step Two: Completing the Design

Once a proposal has been agreed upon, we go to work creating a series of drafts or "mock-ups" for your new web site. The mock-up is your first view of your new web site and it gives you an opportunity to provide input before the project moves forward.

Step Three: Building the Site

When the mock-up has been approved by you, our design team with build out the new web site. A private web address is given to you to allow you to see the progress as it gets done. Your client representative will be in constant contact to answer questions and to gather your input. If necessary, a weekly or monthly in-person meeting can be established to review key milestones for the new web site.

Step Four: Pre-Launch

As the new web site nears its completion target date, we increase our efforts and communication with you to cover any last-minute changes. Furthermore, we run through complete tests of the site in multiple environments to resolve any potential problems.

Step Five: Follow-up

Once the site has launched, we work closely with you over the following weeks to clear up any problems that arise or to implement any changes. When you sign a proposal with Cavendo, we guarantee your satisfaction by providing an allotment of free maintenance hours that you can use after the project has been completed.
