What is your call to action. Just having a web site that describes your products or services won't entice people to buy or request more information. You have to direct their behavior toward a specific call to action. This could be a large "Request Quote Now" button or a newsletter sign up. Tell people to perform the action you want them to!

How deep is your web site? Site depth is important from an information architecture standpoint. If it takes a user four or more clicks to reach a level of content, your site might have a hierarchy that is too deep. Once you get this deep, users can easily become lost and will leave your web site.
