Exciting Changes Happening at Cavendo

Some new and exciting changes have been going at Cavendo. Most importantly, we have revamped and improved many of our internal processes. These changes will allow us to better serve our valued clients.
New Email Support Ticketing System
To better handle client requests via email, we have setup a new email ticketing system. This system will allow clients to email us at support@cavendo.com, receive confirmation of tickets created and track the status of any tickets.
Here’s how to get started with the ticketing system:
- When you need our help, email support@cavendo.com.
- You will receive an immediate confirmation asking you to validate your request. Simply click the link in the message.
- You will then have the option to create a new user account. This is recommended if you wish to track your ticket as well as future tickets.
- Wait and watch, and we’ll confirm your request. You will be notified immediately once your ticket has been acted on.
- Have another ticket? Just log into your account – or email support@cavendo.com.
Why use this system?
- Faster response time to your requests
- Track your requests
- Provide additional details to make sure you get what you need
- Receive immediate notification when your request is complete
- Keep everything organized
